Culinary Psychology consultant Stelios Kiosses celebrates new book launch

Psychotherapist and consultant in Culinary Psychology Stelios Kiosses recently celebrated the release of his new book, 'Culinary Psychology: Food Choices and the Mind-Body Connection', with a launch event hosted at Rewley House. With students travelling from across the world to attend, the event featured a lecture on how food shapes memory, identity and wellbeing and why our relationship with food is rarely just nutritional, alongside a Q&A session with Stelios and co-author Neil Rippington.
Endorsed by Heston Blumenthal, the book explores what and how we eat, alongside the relationships between food, emotion, attachment, culture and personal history. It also delves into how what we eat affects our mental health and wellbeing, as well as how outside influences can affect our food choices. See full book details.
